Summary: Couldn't be better. Very prompt, professional, and thorough.

Review: Emerald Home / Building Inspection did a good job. They found a lot of good issues with the house we were looking at. They didn't stick in any bogus findings. Everything was relevant to the quality of the house, and they informed us of what needed to be addressed immediately, as well as what would need to be addressed later on.

They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their home inspected.

Summary: A First Time Home Buyers Dream

Review: Dan is very knowledgable & has never missed anything on the inspections he's performed. I've been forced to use other inspectors and have been disappointed every time. They all seem to miss the big things. Termites, dry rot etc. He is stellar with first time home buyers. He is very good at explaining all problems to them regardless of how big or how small. He also provides a home maintainance program with his inspection for them. I've never had a client that didn't think he was the best!

You inspected our new home in May and we have been busy working on your suggested project list since we moved in July.
I have to say that I am so happy that Dale recommended your service.
Compared to the inspection that was done on our old house in 2001 and then again for the buyers your report and detail was incredible.
